BUNDLE

ASSISTANT COACH / CERTIFIED THERAPY DOG

Bundle the Bernese Mountain Dog was born on June 8, 2009. She moved to Hamilton in February 2015 and lived here until August 2016.

A certified therapy dog with Therapy Dogs International and a reading dog at Half Price Books, Bundle loves meeting new people. She was the Assistant Coach for all RowAmerica Hamilton activities where she was especially fond of the Adaptive Rowing Programs for rowers with physical, visual, or intellectual disabilities. Anytime Bundle is working, she wears her high-visibility yellow vest, so you can spot her from far away.

In her spare time, Bundle enjoys traveling and chasing geese and rabbits.

Which three words would you use to describe Hamilton?

Friendly. Adventure. Beautiful.

QWhat is your favorite part about Hamilton?

AI love to explore the levee, play in free spaces for pets, and roam around the RiversEdge greenspace to look at the water and watch for geese to chase.

QWhat do you think is a hidden gem in our community?

APeople might not know how many dog-friendly businesses there are around the downtown area. It’s great to walk around and see water bowls outside businesses on the sidewalk and be greeted by welcoming faces at the door. Some of my favorite places are Sara’s House, the Almond Sisters Bakery, Art Off Symmes, and the Fitton Center.

QIf you had to eat at one Hamilton restaurant for the rest of your life, what would it be?

AMy favorite restaurant in Hamilton has to be Wendy’s on High Street. I always order a four piece chicken nugget and say a friendly hello to my friend Jeff at the drive-thru window.

“Bundle is a certified therapy dog, and loves to make friends throughout the city. As an assistant coach, she brings happiness to the Great Miami Crew programs.”

QWhich project, business, or person do you think has made the biggest impact on the growth of the community?

AThe Fitton Center has done a wonderful job of hosting and participating in community events. I love having a place to go for events, plays, classes, and exhibitions. It’s nice to see the community coming together in such a great place.
